Ch&rika trained as a holistic therapist & obtained her ITEC Anatomy,
Physiology & Holistic Massage Diploma in October 1991.
She trained as an Advanced Tisser and Aromatherapist with the Tisser&
Institute in November 1997. She also gained qualifications in Clinical
Science & Chemistry with Essential Oils.
She also trained in Indian Head Massage (Therapeutic Head, Neck &
Shoulder Massage) in April 1998.
She has been practising Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage & Reflexology
since 1997.
She also obtained a Diploma for Advanced Reflexology & Intestinal Link
with the International Examination Board (IEB) in September 2001.
She obtained a certificate in Ayurvedic Facial Massage in November
2006.
